Jim Blackburn, Vice President Business Development/CFO
Responsible for operations and the supply chain for SyncroFlo, Jim is a Six Sigma Black Belt with over 30 years of professional experience in a variety of manufacturing environments. Formerly with Corning Inc., and Anchor Glass Container, Jim’s background includes consulting experience in business process improvement with DifEq Consulting. He earned a Business Administration degree from Adrian College.
Steve Bradley, PE, Engineering Manager
Steve is responsible for engineering of all commercial projects, as the manager of the project engineers and chief PLC programmer. He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a registered Professional Engineer in the field of controls. He has programmed PLC’s made by Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Cutler-Hammer, Siemens, and GE. He is a fan of MMA, and spends much time trying to train his Boston Terrier.
David Romaine, Engineering Manager
David is responsible for the engineering of all municipal and industrial projects, as the manager of the project engineers and the chief PLC programmer. He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, and has worked as an engineer at SyncroFlo since 1982. He developed the first standard PLC programs for SyncroFlo’s domestic water booster and golf course irrigation products. He has programmed PLC’s made by Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, and Omron, among others. He is also a dynamic speaker and enjoys booster system jobsite work and troubleshooting. He is the father of two and has been known to portray Santa Claus at SyncroFlo Christmas parties.
